The technician was excellent and personable. He quickly replaced the magnetron and got the microwave working again. I was, however, very frustrated and disappointed that it took over six weeks to get the repair done. The first magnetron that was ordered was reported missing by UPS, but it was never re-ordered until I checked on that shipment and reported the missing shipment. All is well that ends well.
