He was fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. If it wasn't for him, I would've gave the company a 1 star. The companies customer service line is the worst I've ever experienced and I've worked in Iraq, Dubai, and Afghanistan.

Jason called 10 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. I really appreciated that. Both men had on masks which was such a relief to me. He came in and explained to me what he was going to do and answered any questions I had. Very couteous and pleasant.
