The job was done with a talented effort went right to work and finished very quick . Though in time it took from suffield last work was over 11/2 hr to my house was quite a wait. Even when if he came to me at 11:18 and took the 20 minutes itool to do the job . He could have had enough time for a 12:00 lunch.

Great service. Called us to tell when he was coming, texted 10 minutes before arrival. Nice personality and attitude. Detected the problem in 5 minutes and changed a door switch and the microwave started to work. A previous tech from another company came 4 times in 4 weeks without resolving the problemWe are so delighted we are going to request from 2-10. to use Sears services in the future. Great service.
