Finally working!
I've been waiting since last March to finally get the parts to fix my microwave. So happy to have it fixed today They both did a great job.

Michael C came at his scheduled time and performed a thorough evaluation of my microwave. He said it was performing to code and found nothing wrong. He said it may have been a temporary electrical "brownout". To unplug machine for 5 minutes to allow full reset. Will do.

Farook arrived at an appropriate time and went straight to work installing the parts to repair my microwave. He attempted to assist with another issue caused by the previous technician (grill vent was broken); however, I will have to take this up with customer service.
