Repair of microwave
He arrived an hour early & took everything apart & replaced 5 or more including a transformer and door handle. Everything was cleaned up & we are very pleased with his work.

Tom was very personable and knowledgeable on the appliance that needed repair. Kinda felt bad that he was at the mercy of Choice Home Warranty for approval of the parts and repair that needed to be done. He waited around as long as he could but had to depart before CHW got back to him.

He did an excellent job on our. He diagnosed the problem, ( burnt control board ), ordered the parts and as soon as we received the parts he came and fixed the microwave.
