Very pleased w/ service by Charles. He was efficient, courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. He also called ahead to alert us of his arrival. The communications w/Sears re: time for service on the scheduled day could be improved. The 8:00-5:00 time frame was too wide. Cutting it to 8:00-noon or noon- 5:00 would allow the customer to better plan their day. Thank you for offering my input.

Thanks to Vick and his partner I am back in business with my most used appliance my microwave. They made a way out of no way, and I certainly appreciate it. I am sad to see my Sears master protection plan going away for they no longer cover older appliances. I've had them for over 35 years, but I can certainly say thanks to Vick they are going out with a bang and that I am pleased with the work the did today.
