Excellent Service, and my technician was AWESOME! Prompt, quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable! My microwave was fixed in less than an hour from when I called Sears!! Perfect all around!

Technicians Robert and Allen were needed for this job. They have both been to our home in the past. They are both excellent technicians. They are always polite, careful when they disassemble products and careful when they put things back. They are very thorough and excellent.

Steven came to day to replace my microwave bulb under my Protection Agreement. He was courteous, pleasant and efficient. I wish I could say the same about the Sears phone agents and the amount of time it takes to get service but I can't. Steven, however, is terrific.
