Very Professional & Courteous
Martín arrived in the time window given. He placed plastic booties on as we were having a major rain storm. He completed the job in a short time & checked to be sure all parts were working & temp in microwave was correct. He even reset my clock & lightbulb. Very professional. I'm pleased with my service today

John has been working on my Microwave for 2 months. They sent me defective parts. He is the most caring repairman I've ever met, and I am 77 years old. You can actually see and hear how much he cares when you talk to him. He is always helpful and courteous. Today the fourth set of parts finally all worked. My Microwave is finally working correctly and completely. I think he was even more excited than me. I will always ask for him. There is no one better.
