The technitian is excellent. The problem is that I had to wait 2 months for the service because you cancelled 8 times because the parts didn't arrived in time and there was no way for me to talk to a human supervisor because your artificial "intelligence" did not allowed me.

Augustine is amazing. He fixed our built-in microwave when another company had left us hanging with our microwave pulled out and sitting on the dining room floor. Augustine fixed it and put it back in place fast and easy.

GE sent the incorrect part multiple times, several times to Sears and several times to another appliance man GE sent. Correct info on box, but incorrect panel inside the box! Totally inept but Donnie saved the day by being tenacious and repeatedly trying to get correct part and finally succeeding! He was able to repair quickly once he had the correct part.
