Repair of microwave
Everything went well and the technician was able to repair the microwave. My only complaint is that the time window for service is from 8:00 to 5:00, which obviously means someone has to stay at the house until the technician comes. A tighter time for the scheduled repair would be a big improvement in your sservice.

Troy fixed the display panel on our microwave. It took him three calls which were not his fault. He diagnosed the problem, had the parts sent to our house and installed them. He worked fast and was clear in his explanation of what the problem was. I would give him the maximum number of gold stars. He was GREAT!
