Floyd made the diagnosis and requested the proper spare parts and later he changes the parts without problem. He knows very well the appliance on how to change the parts and dismount and assembly again. Job well done

Service is great! Too many texts and emails with wrong arrival times. Also, service window needs to be collapsed into 4 hour increments vs 8 to 5.
