Tracking system is worthless
Charles D was excellent. He was cordial and very efficient. My complaint is with the tracking system. It provides totally inaccurate information even though I kept checking it throughout the day. As a result I had to stay home the entire day on two occasions. The information that was sent said to expect someone in the morning but on both occasions he arrived in the middle of the afternoon. I can understand that times may need to change, but you should be able to keep the tracking system accurate and up to date.
