EXCELLENT! Victor was excellent and knowledgeable about his work. He quickly diagnosed the situation and went about correcting it. When asked he answered all of our questions in a vocabulary we could understand we are extremely pleased with his work.

Very helpful, friendly technician. Quick and professional service. Since I have built in microwave, they had to send two ppl. And time changed but got msg for service cancellation but checked again later and it was only time change. So don't get upset if you get canceled service text… just call or check again later.

William called ahead of time, checked the microwave and called his company. They said repairs were more than a replacement which I think this info was passed on to Choice Home Warranty. He said they CHW would email me about a replacement. He did all he could do under the circumstances. He was polite and friendly.
