I had my microwave suddenly quick working and it was under warranty so I contacted Sears and they sent a technician out to service it. It needed parts so a second trip was necessary. One part was shipped but several were not. Steve arrived first and expected to find the parts he had ordered, but only one of four or five. Steve and Phil went through their trucks and found what was needed and so this morning when my coffee gets cold, I can heat it up. Both men were very courteous and professional and went about their tasks until it was finished. They are to be commended. Bill

Technician called at 8:30am stated he is working alone today. And he is not coming to the house I ask could he come by so I could talk to him? He stated again he will not come to the house because he is not a installer.I repeat he stated he is not a installer but this is the same Technician that removed my microwave from the cabinets. Now he can not reinstall the microwave correctly? We need an installer to come to my home and reinstall my microwave over the rang ASAP. This look bad for Sears, Technicians remove things than they can't put them back correctly?. It looks like the prace that holes. The microwave in the rear that on the wall is broken loose. He might have broke it loose when he pulled the microwave out. But we need this repaired ASAP.. We have been working on this problem for about the last 30 days with no solution please help.
