Bryan was able to troubleshoot our issue and determined it wasn't the appliance. That conclusion took a bunch of steps to check the various appliance part connections. After he left, we checked our wiring and discovered he was right! He was pleasant, careful and knowledgeable. Definitely would hope he is our tech if we need service in the future.

We met Brian on the initial visit for the insurance claim. He's a gentleman and very knowledgeable about his job. He is essential person to have working for your company. We never got anyone to come and do the work for a month. We were trying to have it mounted corrrctly. Your office when you report a claims, it seems like nobody knows what they're doing. We are waiting over a month almost to just get our replacement microwave hung correctly on the wall. It was delivered and the installers were the truck drivers who never hung it correct it's loose and we don't use it cause we're afraid it's gonna fall off. I made various calls for almost a month straight to get this corrected and it's still not in the proper order. What happened to servicing the customer. It's OK that you take my premium every month which I haven't had a claim in years and now that I got the replacement, I can't get it hung right way everybody points the finger at everybody else. I'm going to see what happens this week on a date and a time and if this doesn't get corrected, I will be going to the proper groups to put complaints in about Sears home warranty which to me is nothing like it used to be. What's the use in this insurance when you need it and use it and you can't get serviced. We are two senior disabled people, and we shouldn't be going through all this problems. Let's see what she has home warranty does for us and how soon they correct us it's over a month already.
