Our draw type Microwave stopped working. We had Technician Jim come in to resolve the issue. Jim was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. In spite of having some issues in taking out the microwave from the slot because original connections were not done properly, once microwave was removed, Jim quickly found out problem and fixed it.

Patrick was prompt on both visits. He thoroughly inspected my microwave to determine what was wrong. The part, he ordered arrived the next day. His follow up visit was the replacement of the sensor. Patrick was very careful removing my unit and replaced the sensor. When he was finished he made sure that the microwave was securely anchored into the cabinet.

Ramon was punctual and updated me about his arrival time. He called for assistance since our microwave was very heavy and built in. He explained every step along the way and worked hard to diagnose the problem and finally found the problem. He was well equipped with all necessary equipment and tools and even provided a protective blanket to cover the table where my microwave would sit.
