Roman came out twice to try and fix the issue and once he was able to see what the issue was, he figured out that the parts weren't available and spoke with home warranty rep to inform of this and stated that the home warranty company will contact me for a replacement. He was very kind, patient, respectful, professional and efficient. He needs a raise and promotion 🙏🏼😀

My experience with YOU has been a nightmare! You are unreceptive and non-communicative. It's totally unacceptable. You are impossible to reach and when I do actually reach someone, they say they cannot help me. On the other hand, Mr. Tho Hoang was great. He knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it! He was efficient, focused and quick. He was also very engaging. He made the whole experience much more pleasant than it has been up to now. He's a good man.
