Kyle was a very nice and honest technician. I know he felt bad for taking the ridiculous fee that he was forced to charge for the one minute it took for him to see he couldn't have fixed this appliance if he wanted to. He should have never been sent out to this call in the first place. And I was very specific about the issue and provided the accurate Kenmore model number. But Sears employs a foreign call center that knows nothing about appliance repair and just wants to upsell and set-up appointments. So, I rate Sears Home Services a big fat "0" and do not recommend using this service at all.

The technician was very professional and nice. He did an excellent work. Otherwise, I think the punctuality is an issue that needs to be improved. I made the appointments between 8 and 12, in the morning, and both times, the technician arrived after 1:00 pm. The first time was after 2:00 pm. I think the service department should be more careful with the cases they asigne to the technician, in order to follow the schedule.
