After several difficulties trying to get through to Sears Home Services on their multiple non-human AI scheduling telephone lines, I was finally able to get through to a real person virtual technician that understood our repair need and sent Sergii to do our repair. He knew exactly what needed to be done, figured out an excellent solution, and made the repair quickly and efficiently. 3 hours on phone calls trying to get a technician scheduled for 1 hour of work by a skilled repairman. Thank you Sergii.

He removed the microwave door. To replace the entire door for parts needed was way too costly. He was able to manipulate the broken plastic piece to save me $. Tested the door. It is working for now. I'll never buy Samsung again
