Selwin was terrific. Unfortunately what we thought was a built in microwave (what had been advertised with the home) turned out to be a counter top with a trim kit. When he called in for parts, there were none as a counter top is not covered under the Sears warentee. He suggested we call the warentee people for a refund of our deductible, which we will do. He explained everything and showed us how the trim kit goes on and off so we can buy a replacement Microwave and fit it in ourselves. 100% customer service!!!
