Chris has been super but his progress has been slowed down by wrong parts, etc. he cannot fix my microwave because no parts are available so is now trying to see that I will receive a new one. I am not impressed with searshomeservices!!!

Most experience, most polite, explains the problems, and answers all our question we ask him. Brian I know he has been working with Sears along time.He gets the job done.Hard worker and pulls the micro by himself, not as the one that came here and said I need help and he be back...Brian is a good worker.His excellence is proven by his work.
