Covered by protection agreement. Quick and professional. ( Only negative: AI changed my afternoon appt. To morning. Claimed I requested it. I couldn't reach a live customer service rep to object... so I had to change my plans to be home all morning. And then he still didn't arrive until 12:30.

Mr. Colin when he arrived to my home was very friendly, understanding to my issue and most importantly experienced technicians.
