Broke Microwave
Jeb, the service tech was & is awesome! However, the scheduling & rescheduling of any follow up appointments is terrible! The people who do the scheduling do not speak good or clear English nor is the any communications between the home owner & any service tech.

I believe based on my experience and observations of Justin work that he is (1) highly competent (2) has excellent customer service skills, (3) is a team player and (4) he is able in my opinion to chew gum and walk on water at the same time. Therefore, I suggest strongly that Justin receives any rewards, benefits and promotional opportunities at management first opportunity..
