Ordered parts, and installed parts. Microwave still not working because of warped door. Could not find one, unit to old. Turned.back to Choice Warranty. Time frame could be faster between ordering parts and installation

Philip was very helpful and patient in diagnosing an intermittent electronic board failure that of course would not fail during the first 15 minutes of his visit. Ultimately, we were able to recreate the failure at which point Philip immediately started researching options and recommendations. Could not be happier with his services.
