This repair took several visits …. Trying to pinpoint the problem… Steve was the repair person who finally fixed my microwave! He communicated his arrival … he was pleasant & efficient… it was a tough repair… he even called his next appointment to let them know he was running a little behind… very considerate of his customers! Steve was one of the repair persons to come … they were all the same …. Pleasant & efficient! Thank you!!
