Andrew called to inform us when he would arrive. He was courteous and professional and friendly. He told us what he was doing appeared knowledgeable and familiar with the workings of the microwave. I appreciated his expertise unlike the first technician who looked at the microwave who informed of one thing and submitted something totally different.
