Brian was great. Called earlier to coordinate the time. Fixed the problem. Easy to work with Very different working with phone personnel. They could not confirm anything. Just nice but could not answer questions.

Gerry does an excellant job, but the microwave is not fixed yet. The vent fan still turns on by itself. It was running this morning when we woke up. We hadn't used the oven or cooktop for over 12 hours. It had turned on before that also, and will not shut off unless we unplug the unit. Gerry changed the thermostat and door switches.
