Great technician
Finally I got a technician to arrive and look at repairing my microwave. Even though he didn't have the parts because the old technician took them he was great.

Brad was an exceptional worker. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. On the first visit he diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts required to make the repairs. Parts arrived when he said they would and he returned and quickly installed the parts. Microwave is now working.

Lu is always professional and helpful. It is not his first visit to our home and every time, he provides us with great tips and information on how we can best maintain our appliances. He knows his stuff and is always willing to help. My husband and I love it when he is the one assigned to us because we know we will get great service. He is an asset to the company.
