William made sure all the parts that were needed for the repair had been ordered and we had received them before he arrived. There had been some issues previously with my appointment being scheduled but not all the parts had been sent to us. He went right to work installing all the new parts and made sure my microwave was working properly before leaving. He and his assistant made sure to leave everything clean and neat. We would highly recommend William and appreciate his attention to detail and his quick service.

We have a warranty policy for our Kenmore Microwave. We've had problems with the microwave recently so we contacted the Sears warranty people. Dan was dispatched to come to our home. He was on time to the second. He was very nice. He seemed very knowledgeable. He tuned up the Microwave and it seems to be working fine. We have used Sears Home services many times for appliance matters and we've been satisfied every time.

He gave good answers about how to get things fixed. He did let me know the microwave was not the problem. I DO NOT appreciate how Sears does business. Trying to pressure me to buy a warranty program. The service was overpriced. The warranty was overpriced. I will NEVER call Sears again. The technician was the ONLY bright spot. Very knowledgeable and polite.
