I have had my microwave repaired three times in the last year and a half for the same problem. Vic showed up today and was able to diagnose and repair what I believe others before him had not seen. I hope Vic's repairs will stand the test of time this time around. He was very cordial and professional.

Cody knew right away what was wrong with our microwave. He would have to send the results to our Protection Plan to see what they would do. If they approved the repair he would order the part; if they didn't approve the repair they would contact us for further assessment. Cody texted us back to let us know the outcome, and what to do from there. We appreciated him keeping us informed and be honest with everything. Highly recommend him for any repairs! Thank you Cody!
