Mitchell was very professional. He was very Polite and had a very nice demeanor. He not only fixed the issue with my clothes washing machine, but he also educated me in basic proper maintenance. I would hope That he would be the one to come to my home next time I need a repair. It's obvious he is extremely knowledgeable in his duties. I rate my experience with him as a 5 on a scale from 1 to 5.
