Justin was at our house promptly, was super sweet and nice to the adults, kids and dogs, alike, and did a thorough job fixing our washer. We have had hits and misses with this warranty program in general but our service from Justin was truly great!

Jeffrey arrived, diagnosed the problem and went right to the repair. I had spoken to a Maytag rep who led me to believe that the lid lock relay was at fault. I ordered this and Jeffrey installed and tested it. Unfortunately, he found failures beyond the relay and gave me an estimate of a total repair. We declined and decided to replace the washer. Jeffrey gave us a diagnostic bill of 99.00 that I appreciated.
