Rob's Service Excellent
Rob's service was excellent. Very professional and informative. Rob fixed what R-R Appliance Repair didn't do on August 3, 2023. R-R replaced the soap dispenser but didn't do it properly. Rob fixed the water leak. He tightened down the soap dispenser and tightened the water connection. Checked the dishwasher out completely and explained what was done. Very satisfied with his service.

Rafael was the 2nd technician to come out after I had received parts that the 1st technician had ordered weeks prior. Rafael instantly knew what was wrong with my microwave just by me describing the issue. The parts that were received were not the problem. First he checked his parts stock on hand on his truck, didn't have the right one on hand, but ordered the correct part immediately locally, left to finish his other scheduled appointments, picked up my part and came back that same evening to install it. His work was experienced, it was important to him to resolve the problem & he was courteous & polite. Thank you again, Ralph!
