Jessica, though young, demonstrated her knowledge and ability to diagnose my VERY OLD dryer's issue and get it fixed. She was able to fix the problem that another appliance repair company (who had made two visits to my home previously), could not. The other folks replaced parts that apparently were not the issue from the start. Jessica is kind, knowledgeable, and cleans up after the repair!! I will be requesting her in the future should the need arise. Thank you for a job well done Jessica!
