He explained my icemaker, and recalibrated it. It made some ice. He said if it acts up again to call. David is a very approachable person and I like that he talks plainly about what he is doing.

Joe did a great job diagnosing and fixing our issue with our dryer. He also gave me some tips of 'dos and don'ts' in regards to loading a dryer, so as to not overload.

Professional. All business and knowledgeable, but pleasant, even in delivering bad news. One suggestion would be to provide his full name and a business card, for future reference. The cost of replacement of compressor is on par with purchasing a new unit ~ I've decided to go with new. Btw~I hope you've emailed my invoice for diagnostic.
