Kim was very nice and cordial. He fixed our problem. It's a shame it took five days to get your butts there to do it you kept rescheduling and then the day you say you're going to be there at 3:45 you're there at 1:45 bad scheduling issue. You should be ashamed to associate yourself with the seers name.

Scott was able to quickly identify the issue, resolve it, and the identified another issue that would cause problems somewhere down the line. It didn't require any parts or specific information or parts. So in order to save us from another issue with potentially an even bigger mess .
