He gave me information the last tech did not give me, and I learned afterward that the first tech actually fixed the problem but did not tell me that. I had to call Maytag directly to find out that all I needed to do in the first place was click the circuit breaker off for one minute and then back on. That first tech could easily have told me that. He also could've told me that he fixed the problem anyway.

I've had several sears technicians work on , in this case dishwasher Allen finally gets the job done . We were lucky to have Allen previously for a leak we had somewhere in our washing machine . Very professional, personable and skilled at repairing appliances.
