Great job
Jim did a great job. He is very pleasant and it was nice talking with him. My only complaint is not with Jim. I was called several days before to find what the refrigerator model number was so they could have the right parts on the truck. The right part was not on the truck so we had to wait a 2nd week to order it and get it installed.

Michael was very knowledgeable and competent. However the Sears tracking app was horrible! Starting at 8:10 am, it incorrectly estimated his arrival about every 20 minutes. Michael did not actually arrive at our house until 5:00 pm. We were stuck at the house all day long because the app kept estimating his arrival. The app never announced his arrival or any correct information.
