Joe J,
Lebanon, VADid a great job.
I was very upset when Ruben came in, not at him but at Sears . Didn't like your service when it tells you what time he is getting there. Said 6:00 to 7:00 when they had told me 8:00 to 5:00. I tried calling and couldn't talk to a person. Then it said I needed a credit card. When I had purchased the warranty. But Ruben did a great job and calmed me down.

Donna M,
Perrysville, OHMaytag Frontload washer repair
Thorough and professional. would be happy to have him back again. Our washer was left not working without any notice by the previous technician and Kristopher was able to get the connections back in place without the help of a proper schematic.

Winter, WIGreat job!
I was very pleased with my experience. They were able to fit me in within a day, called ahead, showed up when they said they would and were able to fix my washing machine and get me up and running again. And they did it for a great price as well. Great job and thank you to Josh and company!

Robert C,
Ferndale, WAMaytag Dryer Repair - 5th visit.
This was the 4th or 5th time the the Thermal Fuse has been replaced. Joshua changed it on 07/17 and then again yesterday. He also changed the Heat Element. The dryer has been run once and worked perfectly. In prior instances the dryer ran 1 or 2 cycles and the Thermal Fuse would blow. Josh also checked the timer, thermostat, high limit thermostat and operating unit. If the dryer breaks down again, I request another appointment with AHS and also request that AHS considers replacing the dryer with like kind. The process with my dryer has been going on since June 11th. Several appointments had to be rescheduled. All Sears / AE Appliance technicians have been timely and courteous, however, 3 months for dryer repair is unacceptable. Not enough trouble shooting took place in prior visits. Thanks, Carter C.
