He arrived much earlier than expected and worked with my weird morning schedule. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and teach me a little about our appliance. He was sure to offer the Sears warranty, but since all of our other appliances belong to our landlord, we turned it down. When we finally get our own place, it's a great option to know about. He let us know the cost and told us about the Sears card, but after a long conversation with my fiancé, we decided to turn down the repair and replace the unit since it's old and we want an upgrade. Steven was great, professional, quick, and patient with us while we went over our options.
