Vonzell called prior arriving - he looked at the issue and ran some tests - he was great - but sadly this Is an issue with the actual appliance and nothing can be done , except NOT use the water saving option

Drew was on time as he promised and quickly diagnosed our problem. He ordered parts and said someone would be back in touch with us. Parts were delivered and we waited for a contact. Finally I made contact with your company and they scheduled us for another visit. Was glad it was Drew and he had things fixed promptly! Really like his service and demeanor!
