My dryer
Lately I've been having an issue with my dryer, the one from overheating and shutting down to running cold and not having any heat, and Timothy came in today and took care of that problem. Hopefully, this will be the last problem I have with it no offense, but I don't wanna see the service technicians anymore.

I felt so sorry for Frank because he had to return 5 times to service my washing machine because he had to order parts 4 different times. I was without a washing machine for 6 weeks. Contacting a live customer service person was very frustrating! I couldn't talk to anyone and all I got was an automated recording. The technician was Great(Frank) but the customer service was awful. Frank gets a 5 star rating from me, and everything else I give a rating of 2 stars! Need better customer service!!!
