Michel was able to replace our malfunctioning icebreaker. He was able to go and get a replacement ice maker. He returned later to replace it . He did not push it off until the next day. He completed the work in a courteous and professional manner. He also vacuumed the filter. I liked that he also was able to check our dryer.
