I was so pleased today to have Ramon as my service repair person. He was punctual, communicative, and went above and beyond to repair something that was wrong with my dryer for 14 years! This was something ASIDE from what I initially called about for repair! He fixed the initially problem, but saw that there was another issue and asked me about it. When I told him that particular issue had been going on for 14 years, he was determined to find out the cause. He did. And he graciously fixed it. He was as excited about it as I was! What a great guy! I am delighted! Ramon is my hero! Wouldn't we be lucky if all customer service people were even 10% of what Ramon has proven to be. "Thank you a million, Ramon! You're the best! I hope you get a huge raise because you sure deserve it!"
