Gary arrived at 4:20 p.m. and took care of the issue with the dryer. After waiting all day, I told him I had an appointment at 5:00 p.m. He stated he would take care of the issue as quickly as possible. He determined that the element was no longer working and happened to have the part in his van. He replaced the part and I was on my way at about 4:50 p.m. A&E has horrible reviews, including one of mine regarding a previous service representative but, Gary was very kind, and professional, and took care of the problem with my dryer. Gary was the third service representative to look at the dryer this year for the same problem - the dryer not heating.

We live out of state, so communication is essential when it comes to scheduling service technicians. Lewis called, texted and emailed me throughout the process. He needed to order parts for our washer, so he made me aware that we needed to wait on the parts and once they arrived, he'd schedule another call to take care of the washer. I wish all service technicians communicated like Lewis did!
