Kevin was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about his craft. He alerted us about a potential problem with the electrical plug outlet for the dryer. We contacted an electrician who will be available to make repairs on Monday. We appreciate Kevin's attention to details while checking each appliance. He is very good at what he does.

Devon arrived in a timely matter and was very professional and polite. He explained what the problem was and everything was up and going again in a short amount of time. He also gave me a few hints on things I could do when cleaning out the lint vent on our unit between loads.

Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon diagnosing the issue with our dryer, he took time to answer all of our questions regarding the required repair. He provided a concise description of the dryer failure and made recommendations that will hopefully extend the service life of the appliance. We are very pleased with the outcome and we would like to offer praise for the experienced technician to conducted the repair. We would recommend our technician to anyone requiring an appliance repair and wish to thank Sears Home Service for having wonderful technicians.
