Abdul rook apart the dryer more than once and didn't leave till it was done. Last guy said it was the drum and took off. Great service. Really hardworking guy. 100% satisfied.

Nicholas was absolutely the best repairman I have ever had. He was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did not waste any time and made the repair quickly. He was extremely careful in protecting the finish on the washing machine. He was an outstanding representative of Sears and went above and beyond what I have experienced with other repairmen. His goal was to provide the best service possible and he did. I know your rating system has the highest rating as 5, but in my opinion his performance rates a 10 plus!

Gagik was kind and helpful. Although I do think that SEARS needs to provide some "live" service when trying to make an appointment. It was very frustrating trying to make an appointment as the auto-answer service has only limited service-ability. There's no one to reach to convey your concerns that are deemed an emergency.
