Gabriel was our Service Technician for our Maytag washer again. This visit was for a different reason than the previous time but again, Gabriel was outstanding. Like the first time, he explained everything that he was doing to determine the problem and then what he was doing to fix the problem. Gabriel is an outstanding service technician and a very personable young man. He is an asset to your organization.

Mario checked out our washer and the drain pump and other components were working. We had 4 years worth of buildup in the machine that was causing problems. He was very informative. Also, very polite.
