Service provided by Daniel was excellent! However this repair experience has been a nightmare! From Aug 12 - Dec 3, had 7 appointments to repair. 3 times a technician arrived to fix but could not, had to order parts. Then 3 no show for appointments. Finally fixed on 7th appointment by Daniel. Each appointment cost me a day's pay, over $1000.00! (I don't get paid if I don't work) My time and money has been tremendously wasted by this company, apparently they don't consider my time to be valuable. They don't seem to care. As stated, service provided by Daniel was excellent 5 Stars! The provider service gets a zero stars!

James called as soon as he was on his way. When he arrived, he had the problem diagnosed in a few minutes and had the part on hand. James was very personable and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. James provided A+ service. Thank you.
