The service man was friendly and solved the problem. I do not like going to a computer, AI, or having only Tuesdays and Thursdays . The lady on the phone set a date and I told her I could not make it . She said go to your website and choose a date and it would change it only to find I had to accept Tuesday or Thursday. Whatever do you do if someone does not have a computer? At a loss I had to accept Thursday. Instead of AI hire people. I am not going to do business with those places that control us with AI. The customer use to be respected.

Technician listened to and ran the dryer. Did not hear the squeaking sound. Could not find the problem. Would not perform preventative maintenance. Said he had a repair order, not a PM order. A PM should have been performed while he was here.
